Hello, I need some help
I downloaded the My o2 app on Iphone but didn't have an account, so I went onto my o2 on my laptop and made up an account... Following this I tried to sign in on the app but it wouldn't let me and it says no mobile billing account... Underneath this it says that the username entered isn't associated to a Consumer Pay Monthly or Pay & Go mobile number...
This has confused me because as far as I know I am Pay & Go customer and I have just signed up to My o2 on the website.
Someone please explain to me whats happening!

As far as I know o2 has to setup the account for you they should provide you with the log in details

if i remember correctly you have to use your email address & your number then they will link it together
