Mobile Data not working

Anonymous
Not applicable

I'm having problems with my new 5s. I can't seem to get any service when I want to use mobile data. When I switch it on, I get a 'can't connect to internet' message. I've only had it a few days and I never had this problem with my old 4s. Can anyone help?

Thanks

Try texting the word "active" to 2020 then save the settings that get sent back.
Restart the phone and try again.
If this doesn't work, call CS and ask them to check you are on the correct data package for an iPhone.

Have you sent the text to 2020?

You have the wrong settings. Have a look in My O2 and check which data bolt on you have.
