Hi,
I've got my deposit payed back into my O2 account ,however I have not been able to use the money to pay for my phone bill or buy accessories. I have spoken to number of operators ,but nobody is able to transfer the money back to my personal bank account. Most of the operators lied to me saying that they will transfer it ,.but after waiting the money is still there. If I knew what I am getting myself into ,wouldn't have chosen O2 as my phone company. I never met so many unqualified and rude people. Seems like they are picking up their employees from Belmarsh Prison.
