I ordered an Iphone 14pr Max on October 8, and now I have no shipping information. Has enyone else downloaded at a similar time and has already received the device?

Apple are struggling to manufacture any iPhone 14's at the moment due to the issues in China with FoxConn, so you could be in for a very long wait...

Apple are also prioritising their own sales channels and supplying everyone else with just a few handsets...

Your best option is to contact Sales and see if they have any updates: but be prepared for bad news

message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

Looks like supply problems are impacting the rollout of the new iPhones, @Slawek112 - Apple will service its own outlets first, then the mobile phone network outlets later:  https://www.macrumors.com/2022/11/06/apple-warns-of-lower-iphone-14-pro-shipments/

If you wish to order from Apple, in the hope you will get your phone sooner, then cancel with O2, that might get you a phone more quickly.

Good luck!
