IPhone 6s locked

Hi, I have a locked iphone and after 6calls with the hotline/ emails to support etc. nobody could't help to unlock this phone. We need the phone for business and want to use it in Germany with other SIM Cards too.

Five times the support told me it's done, but we can't use.

Apple Store told me it's still locked and they can't help.

O2 in Germany can't help too and told me they have no rights.

okay @Anonymous didnt mean to cause any issues, was simply offering my help and my experiance of when i unlocked my iPhone..

I spoke with O2 again. Again I got the massage, they are working on it and it will be done within 72 hours and I will receive an email.

This was like my first call 3 weeks ago... lol

Have you tried the link In My O2 or is the phone no longer being used on O2?

Also try the form online form, it won't stop customer service getting it unlocked so utilise every one of the options.
