IOS9 and Mobile Data

Anonymous
Not applicable

I updated my iphone 5C yesterday to ios9.  All seemed good - far better than  the previous update.

But, I have lost all mobile data - whenever I try to get email, browse etc, I m told that I do not have a mobile data subscription.  Which I do have!

Any thoughts?  Do I complain and seek help from Apple or O2?

There are a few with the same problem.
Check your apn and make sure it is the correct one for your contract and also check if there is a carrier update available.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

This isn't the first person I've seen say this I'd a problem, if you Google it you'll find quite a lot of ppl in the same position.

Apple will probably roll out a patch if it's a bug I guess... So do asas suggested above, and check for updates!

Thanks all!

I'm on payandgo and my APN was set to that. I changed it to mobile.o2.co.uk, then back to payandgo.o2.co.uk and data now works!

Don't use vvm. Just tried putting apn setting back to idata and it's stopped working again. So till Apple release a fix or there is a carrier update this is the only thing that works.
