How long for o2 Repair?

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

How long does it take (or did it take you) for o2 to carry out a screen repair?

I heard some companies can take a few days so just want to time it so I am not without my phone too long.

If the parts are in stock and only a screen is required it can be turned round in 24 hours.
Id say at best bank on 3 days though to be safe, assuming all goes well.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Well that's expensive! Unless you have Applecare. It does appear the OP sent it to O2 repairs though, so not sure how much that would cost...:smileysad:

I've just been told after an hour on the phone and 2 arguments on whether I'm eligible for my free screen replacement (which I am) that to fix a slightly cracked iphone X screen is at least a week which is absolutely ridiculous considering I can find someone to do a perfectly respectable job in about an hour for 100 quid. Every time I have to deal with o2 on anything it's an issue.
