Right here goes.....

Of your fone hangs/freezes or your having network connection issues. This is one of the quickest and safest ways to resolve these issues.

1. press HOME and POWER buttons
2. HOLD until the apple logo appears.
3. WAIT about 30 seconds
4. TURN ON

This is called a reset or reboot. It is the first thing you will be asked when calling CS (customer service)

SOMETIMES your SIM card needs removing (and a wipe to clean. U will be surprised how mich dust can get in) or reseating (yes just bouncing in your pocket can loosen ur SIM card)

Good advice.

It's the nearest you can get to a battery pull with an apple phone.

In my opinion smartphones need to be powered down at least once a month for them to reset. Just my opinion but it does work.
