I come onto my online bill this morning and saw I could make an upgrade, but I am truggling to do so on the website and I was wondering if you could help me. I would prefer to speak on the phone.

Hi @Anonymous

You can call from your o2 phone on 202 to speak to customer service.

Other contact details and numbers here http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Some people are shown as able to upgrade....very often this involves a call to CS dependent on how long you have been with O2 and previous tariff and payment history etc etc.
