After having nothing but problems with my iPhone 12, I went to the Apple store who ran diagnostic tests and confirmed that there is a hardware fault with the phone. As I am within my cancellation period they recommended returning it and getting a new one (rather than a refurbished one which is all Apple could give me). I’ve tried going into an O2 store but was told as I purchased online I couldn’t do this through a store... I’ve tried calling 202 but after waiting for approx 11 mins I get cut off. Anyone know how to get in touch? All I want is a phone that works 😩

You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
