Couldnt activate mobile data

everytime i want to go on the internet this message appears saying, couldnt activate mobile data. but i can still use wi-fi, ive gone on the mobile setting data and there isnt any setting there, wondered if anyone could help?

Go to Network and reset the network settings.

Mobile data and WiFi are seperate and distinct connections. If you are within range of a WiFi signal, you don't need to be connected to mobile data.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
