Hi, not sure if anyone can help? My partners phone suddenley went blank and now he is unable to do anything with it, took it to the apple shop who said that they were unable to help as it appeared locked. We have lost loads of memory pictures and phone numbers. Is there anything we can do?

 

Any advice would be appreciated.

As I said earlier...something strange about it so IMEI blocked sounds most likely if Apple wouldn't touch it. Maybe the OP knew and was just fishing for an answer...
