Yesterday I went to O2 shop and they told me that I'll have my internet after 24 h

If the O2 shop said you will have your internet after 24 hrs, it sounds like, maybe, they changed something on your account.

It would be worth you ringing O2 from your phone (202) and asking them to verify you have the idata APN's set (access points for internet etc) on your account.

Have you tried resetting your network settings on the phone?

idata bolt on make sure the APN settings are idata.o2.co.uk

standard data bolt on APN setting should be mobile.o2.co.uk

You can also try resetting by holding the sleep and home buttons down until you get the Apple logo.

If you change any settings always reboot the phone.

Let us know how you get on.

This thread has been moved without any reference to the OP in the original position and with only half the answers that the previous thread had received...?
