Cannot connect to WiFi underground - am O2 customer and registered with O2wifi

Hello am unable to connect underground either to VM Wifi or O2 Extra wifi. Am an O2 pay mthly customer and am registered with O2 wifi. VM screen tells me once I enter my phone number that i need to register with O2 wifi and will send me a text with more info that i never receive. O2 wifi asks me for a username and password which i do not have as i automatically connect in the o2 store and hotspots. I have deleted my device and all old devices and set it up again with no luck. Have also never used my device underground before though have recently got a new handset. Any advice pls? o2 store were useless. thanks!

I guess it's a call to O2 to delete your wifi account, wait 24 hours then re register with O2 wifi and then with London Underground wifi again

It's because you're not logged in.
Get customer service to reset it for you, then try logging onto a o2 hotspot again after 24 hours, such as one in McDonalds.
