Since I had my old PAYG number ported to my pay monthly iphone 5 , I can still sign into My o2 but can no longer view my bill, I get application error.

Call customer service free on 202 to check if it has been set up correctly. You could try the webchat option as they will be open now but couldn't vouch for theirresolution of your problem.
