I want to buy an iPhone that I found on O2's online refurbished store, however it seems the only available purchase options are monthly contract. Even when selecting the option, "pay for your device in full", I can't check out unless I select a monthly contract, which I don't want. Is there a way to buy this phone on PAYG instead?

@Opaline

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you - on Facebook or Instagram https://www.o2.co.uk/abouto2/social-media

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

You might also find the same on giffgaff store https://www.giffgaff.com/mobile-phones/refurbished/apple

Thanks

Thank you for your reply. I appreciate your help. I'm not on social media and I have a hearing impairment, so it's difficult for me to talk on the phone. I've checked giffgaff, but the phone I want is not on there. Is there any way to talk to the sales team via email or live chat?

Not for PAYG unfortunately.

Can you not get a friend or family member to call for you?

Look on Amazon. My last two iPhones have been bought from there and they sometimes have deals and monthly Amazon payments. Then you can go pay and go.

Would recommend pay as you go rolling plan. Only as you get more data for your money. Im partly deaf in one ear so I know where you coming room.
