Those were the Forum Advisors - disbanded in July @Tats

Your best option is to take phone, watch and some photo id into an O2 Shop. Failing that, 202 is your next best option - and a degree of perseverance,@Nataliebrady22 - Good luck.

Yes, for sure. There have been cases where an O2 Shop service agent has been able to fix the issue for a customer who presented with watch, phone and photo-id - the agent spotted the "number" assigned to the watch had not been associated with the iPhone account correctly, and the issue was resolved there and then.

Otherwise, persist with the Social Media Team, link below has the ways, or call 202 around 08:10am UK time, @Nataliebrady22  Good luck!
