I am trying to add mobile data for my Apple Watch but it keeps showing Code 49. I’ve tried unpairing and repairing the watch as suggested by the O2 online help but it made no difference. They’re just suggesting I do it again! Any help on this Code 49 would be greatly received. Thank you
There are lots of possible reasons....
Do you have wifi calling enabled and turned on?
Do you pay by direct debit?
Have you had a previous watch?
How many watch plans are attached to your account etc.....?
Keep trying O2 until you get someone who knows what they are doing or message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
