Hello, my AirPod pro case is no longer charging. I’ve performed a reset but it’s still not charging. I’ve tried different cables but nothing seems to work. They are within their warranty still, should I ask O2 to get them repaired?

You could return it to O2 under warranty but you may be better going direct to Apple if you have a store nearby

It will almost certainly be faster going to Apple. If you have AppleCare+ on them you can get them to ship out a new case directly to you before you send the old one back (though they will place a hold on your card for the value of the case). Alternatively book a genius appointment at your nearest Apple Store
