Mightytext seems the best one but if you look at this link there are a few others

I have googled for any apps that can do this with an iPhone and just found one. It's called AnyTrans

I tried a few before settling on Mightytext which is excellent. I also use mysms for my other android, again excellent. Both in Google play. Both allow you to view, back up and restore and send from laptop.
