What phone are you using it on?

Usually when setting it up for the first time it asks you to set up a pin. If you skipped this step initially the best option is to uninstall it and reboot the phone. Then reinstall and follow the set up process again. It should be straightforward in all honesty.

Agree with jonsie

The pin should be the initial setting up.

I'm wondering if customer services can help ?

I didn't know you could skip that part of the setup process?

A simple reinstall should sort it. I have set up My O2 on a dozen devices without noticing any option to skip the pin set up so I'm sure you are right @MI5 so I'm not sure how this has gone wrong initially. Just wondering what device it is.
