hi there i have a brand new s6 edge with a waterproof case and it automatically turnt off halfway during my travels and wont turn on and when i try to turn it on it just goes to 100 percent? i have put it under a hand dryer for a good couple of minutes and still nothing..

not soaking wet but it had rain on the screen but when i charge it it says 100 percent now...which im presuming has messed up the battery?...surely it should be alot more waterproof then this?!

@Anonymous The S6 Edge is not waterproof, only water resistant. Please see this article:
Who is the case manufactured by? Sounds as if your gripe would be with them. If it's not made by Samsung, I doubt you'll get any satisfaction out of them.

Although many tests show the s6 and edge to be very robust with water, Samsung gave no official ip certification with the s6 so officially it's not even water resistant beyond normal use. Any cases where a 3rd party case claiming to offer an ip certification fails, needs to be addressed by contacting the case manufacturer.
