Hi guys, im new to all of this but have recently had a few problems with my phone signal. I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 and have been unable to get any 3G signal or anything on my phone other than the bars showing the strength of signal however that is also very low, I was just wondering if anybody knows if I am able to do anything to change my signal strength/broadband?

Put your postcode here http://status.o2.co.uk to check your local masts.

Also work through the generic solutions in this self help thread http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/Self-help-guide-Is-the-network-down-for-me-or-ev...

If your phone settings allow it then switch off 3G in your settings to force it onto 2G which will give slower data speeds but may improve overall service.

Check that you have mobile data enabled and also check if your apn's are correct and selected http://www.geeksquad.co.uk/articles/chapter/595-04-how-to-set-apn-settings-for-the-02-mobile-network
