how do i put my old number on to a new phone.

If you have a new sim card use the Swap my sim form or text SWAP to 20220.

You can pick up a new sim from the O2 store who can transfer everything for you.

Bear in mind the swap can take from a few minutes to approx 24 hours for your network services to fully return.

Typically turning your phone off and on throughout this period helps reset it.
