o2 text message

Hi Guys

        My wife has a samsung s2 and keeps getting a text message from o2  that just says      " Message size 157KB Expires 23:31,20 sep"   then has a box underneath that says download,.

If you click on download it says downloading but does not download the message.

any ideas?

If you want the messages turn it on, if not don't, but there's little point owning a smartphone and not using it for the purpose it was made.

Its my old phone and all she wants it for is to make and receive calls and the odd text, as to why o2 wants to send her picture massages I don't know
