According to sam mobile its now out on O2 for UK and Ireland, can also be downloaded from their website. How can you guys not have known about this? @Chris_K

I did have my Note 4 unlocked by O2 just after my contract started. Will that make a difference?

Yes, O2 have released an update.

Un branded Samsung phones have not got an update yet.
