note 2 unlock code not working

After waiting days for the unlock code i put it in and it says its unsucessfull i need my phone and precious o2 number for important work

Preferably not a virtual network style one.

What network do you think the phone is locked to?
How have you requested the code?
If you want it to work on O2 I assume it's locked to another network if your o2 sim isn't working?

You need to put another network sim in the phone which will then require you to input the code.

It doesnt recognise 3 sim so i think its still locked to o2

On your other thread you stated @Anonymous that you had received and was trying to use an 8 digit unlock code.

Are you sure you didn't actually request a pac code?

If your device is locked to o2 you need an unlocking code which is free for o2 contract customers.

If you are looking to take your number to three you need a pac code to transfer your number.

I think with your query you actually need BOTH! !
