my business phone is the above nokia lumia 820
the tarif i am on is the o2 200 24 bonus
everytime i use the internet i find that its very slow, and i mean really slow to no connection at all. its actually not worth having most of the time as its unusable.
is there anything i can check on the phone before i deem it o2 just providing a crap service? (just like they did on my personal phone hence im now with three, which is what ill switch to when this contract runs out)

After the generic solutions have been exhausted i'd suggest seeking help from one of the Nokia Care Points.

The 3g network suffers from capacity issues (something 4g is supposed to address), so if you have too many users on the same cell tower the internet speeds will drop dramatically, regardless of signal strength. Likewise you can have 1 bar and still get fast data speeds if not many people are using the mast.
