I have just upgrade my samsung s2 to a samsung s4 i was given a new sim with the s4 did the usuall switch phones off switch back on but still not able to get any o2 network on the s4 any help please

Hi

 

It can take up to 24 hours for the sim to activate

 

Also, are you keeping the same number? If so, have you performed the sim swap?

And then keep turning your phone off and on.

 

Service will stop on your primary sim card and then start on your new one.

I assume either the shop or yourself have carried out the swapmysim as linked by MI5.
