Away from my wi-fi, my phone won't make or recieve any calls, saying the device is 'not registered on network'.

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy A20e.

Your help pages don't help at all.

@Chris7572

You need to identify where the fault is.

This guide should help Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

What happens if you put your sim in another phone @Chris7572 ?

If it works, your phone is faulty.

If it doesn't, what happens if another sim is put in your phone?

If the other sim works, your sim is faulty.

A new sim can be obtained from your local o2 store - just pop in with some photo ID.

If your phone needs repairing then it might be wise to contact the manufacturer (assuming it is still covered by warranty).
