Anyone else had the same problem or think they can help me, i cant send mms messages, on my samsung galaxy ace 2. iv texted the word active to 2020 and it texts me back saying phone is set up but still couldnt send so i turned phone off and back on and still nothing even took the sim and battery out, please hope someone can help me.

Check your Apn settings please.

Ensure your data is turned on as you need this to send and receive mms even though it does not use any actual data.

Check with o2 that your account is provisioned for mms.

Either dial 202 tomorrow to customer services or ask live chat tonight.
