how can i view an itemised bill?

View latest bill in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and click through to see the detail.
Follow the link for "view and print older bills" if it's not the current month you want to view.

Can you give us a bit more info?

Any error messages?

Are you trying with Edge? If so, it doesn't work - you need chrome, firefox or IE.
