When I got a new phone I decided to reduce the number of wifi networks I had saved. One of these was o2 wifi-extra which I use at tube stations.. doh! Now if I try to connect to it asks me for all the details: domain, identity, password. How can I reinstate this?
- I have an o2 pay-monthly SIM
- My previous phone's stuck on Android 7 so it won't show me saved wi-fi network details
- As it's the new phone has only just been setup, there isn't data backup
Thanks in anticipation

wifi extra is controlled by your sim, there is no data that you can input.
I would suggest a nw sim as yours would seem to be faulty.

My old phone still shows a saved wifi-extra setting but when I put the old SIM in the new phone, I still see the list that doesn't change to include a wifi-extra setting.
That might suggest it's not stored on the SIM.

O2 Wifi extra
And if you’re an O2 customer your handset will automatically connect to 7,000 of those hotspots on O2 wifi extra - you don’t even need to register. Once connected at one of these hotspots your phone will automatically connect to all of our 16,000 hotspots nationwide
