just dropped my phone and broke the screen how do i claim on my insurance

Ring O2 on 202 contract or 4445 payg if O2 insurance.

If not look online or at your policy for their insurance claim process.

Contact your insurance company by phone in the first instance and report it immediately.
Usually it has to be reported within the first 24 hours.....
