Hi @samanthatodd95

Have a look at this guide Guide: Text Message Tips (not sent or received)

Also Wifi calling will work if your device is capable. It doesn't matter whether it's Android to iPhone

@samanthatodd95

You can now receive sms over wifi on iPhones but you need to make sure you have the latest O2 carrier file updated on your phone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)

@samanthatodd95 Just to clarify, you can send ordinary SMS texts between Android and iPhones over any network. The OS doesn't matter. You don't need to send over WiFi if it's not available.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
