Xperia phone/TV deal

I purchased a phone that comes with a TV . So far I received the phone back in early March but still nothing on the TV . It seems O2 isn't interested and Sony say it's a third party company who look after this whom never seem to answer emails or when they do give you no indication of when .

Starting to think it some sort of scam and should look into false advertising

Thank you O2Nath but that link no longer works it has expired. Would you happen to have a contact telephone number for Sony Experia as there are no contact details on their website. Starting to feel like I have been conned by O2 for upgrading. 😪 It's incredibly upsetting as the mobile wasn't cheap either for an upgrade.
