I cannot get WiFi calling to activate on my P30 pro. I contacted customer services, who were no help at all. I've tried everything that the help boards suggest, but the option to switch on WiFi calling just isn't showing on my phone. Any ideas?

Yes it would be the problem

You need to get customer service to update your device details.

Customer service need to enable it for you first.

You then need to activate it in your MyO2.

After that, wait 24 hours then reboot your phone.

You should then get the options in your phone menu under the call settings or sim and network settings.

It has been activated for a couple of years with O2, but I can't get it working on this phone. My account still shows the Imei number for my old iPhone, do you think that would cause a problem?

Thank you, I did ask them to update it but they said they couldn't. I'll try speaking to somebody else there too see if they will help.

The only way is for customer service to do it for you if it hasn't done so automatically @Tesgar
