When will Z1 ship?

Can an O2 employee confirm the day that the Z1 will ship out? (Not to be confused with the release date)

Think ill be sacrificing the lens when I pick something up after work tonight 😞

There is a spcae for the headset but they are not there.

Also what are some on about, the screen looks fantastic?

As for weight? maybe you should work out then.

At the moment i am finding the Z1 amazing and the lens is awsome.

So far I like the weight and size Def don't find.it too big as I can type one handed keyboard just takes getting used to oh yes also didn't get the headphones

Well what a debacle! My order is now officially lost. A very helpful lady went above and beyond and suggested I go to a store and get new contract and they will sort it out next week. I'm away tomorrow with an 80 yr old relative so a phone is a must.

However none were in stock in any store in Edinburgh! So I've taken the leap and went to phones 4 u! My contract with O2 is cancelled but won't show for 24 hrs so I left them too and went to Vodafone!

End result... I have a white model with headphones in the box and I got £100 cash back! Why I bothered chasing O2 I don't know!

Really annoyed, got my new phone and can't use it as instead of an upgrade to refresh, i've been given a new contract. I rang up as soon as i got the phone and was told to ring upgrades, have rung them numerous times and can't get through. Really really fed up as wanted to get the phone set up and working. 😞

You made the right decision sundevil. So fed up after a day of lie after lie after lie. No phone, no change in delivery status and everyone I speak to at O2 is fairly nonchelant about it.
