Can an O2 employee confirm the day that the Z1 will ship out? (Not to be confused with the release date)

I can't speak for others but I work 50 hour Weeks +gym etc. so a) to have our data disconnected without warning for days and b) to spend time chasing O2 when we get confusing emails out of the blue... Who has that kind of time? If I just got a text tonight saying shipped and my data wouldn't have cut out then yes I would not be here ranting

If it's saying 'completed' that generally means that its been dispatched (or processed through the system and ready for dispatch the next morning), but I'll check on that for you.

 

Did everybody order online or through a shop?

 

 


Mine now shows as completed and received the 2nd email with a new tracking number.

 

I ordered online on the 9th.

@Penfold99 Exactly... I have had no 3G even for 3 days... set to continue over the weekend. Thats what pisses me off.. work emails etc on the move are non existant. O2 told me to use their WiFi app. In Belfast it only has 2 locations. How the hell Am I susposed to use that.

My traffif has changed and I have no data. BigJock is just stirring the pot in here, most likely from CPW or 4PU.

Just to float one thought out there peeps - could perhaps 'package 1' relate to the lens and now we receive email 2 relating to new order number (ie the actual phone) - orders are now showing as 'complete' as the 2 packages will be delivered tomorrow? Just a thought ??

to get your 3g back on try - going to cellular data --> APN: mobile.o2.co.uk - leave the rest - switch phone off leave 5 mins turn bakc on should woek ---that's what i did gave me my 3g back until i get new phone

No emails but checked my order and it's now marked as complete with a new tracking number...... I'm excited now!

Glad people are starting to see results, I on the other hand have experienced my first taste of O2s blind leading the blind. Been on chat to ask why most people have received dispatch emails yet mine still states in progress, the advisor checked my status then proceeded to inform me that all the stock was gone and I wouldn't be receiving my phone until new stock arrived

I obviously questioned this as I had pre ordered! That's the point right!? He then cane back and told me new stick was arriving on the 20tj....tomorrow! Launch day! If that wasn't enough then went in to tell me that I had to re order as my order will have been cancelled as it was out of stock, at this point I ended the chat as it was getting silly.

I also tweeted O2 direct who stated that bit to worry my order will get dispatched to delivery tomorrow!

I'm confused now so to make matters worse I'm now going to call O2 and see if I can get a third story to tell
