If it's saying 'completed' that generally means that its been dispatched (or processed through the system and ready for dispatch the next morning), but I'll check on that for you.
Did everybody order online or through a shop?
Mine now shows as completed and received the 2nd email with a new tracking number.
I ordered online on the 9th.

@Penfold99 Exactly... I have had no 3G even for 3 days... set to continue over the weekend. Thats what pisses me off.. work emails etc on the move are non existant. O2 told me to use their WiFi app. In Belfast it only has 2 locations. How the hell Am I susposed to use that.
My traffif has changed and I have no data. BigJock is just stirring the pot in here, most likely from CPW or 4PU.

to get your 3g back on try - going to cellular data --> APN: mobile.o2.co.uk - leave the rest - switch phone off leave 5 mins turn bakc on should woek ---that's what i did gave me my 3g back until i get new phone
