Viewing my bill

I'm trying to view my bill for December but its only showing November's.I'd there any way around this?

When is your bill due? If your December bill is already due, then you can view via the My O2 app...or via PC...http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

If it's not showing...then it's not due ....(or the site will update overnight)

If you have any concerns then contact customer services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

You usually get a text or email to advise you the bill is available to view...

You can't view a bill in full detail until it's been generated but your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 will show you any additional charges so far for the month.
