is it possible to upgrade your phone early but not changing your contract without having to termiNate it and pay fee

No, you would need to buy the phone you wanted and put your SIM into it.....

Your other option is to sell your current phone and put it towards the cost of buying a new handset of your choice. Depending on your phone, you might want to ty O2 recycle.
