Its been almost a whole week. Why is it taking so long just to get an unlock code????? Sick to death of waiting for this.

If within cooling off period just return it, if it is of poor build quality etc why bother to unlock it?

Exactly @adamtemp64 what's the point in that. @Anonymous If you think the phone is that bad. Return it in the next 7 days to change your mind rather than unlock it then you would be stuck with a phone that you say is poor

It is locked confirmed. Also i cant exchange as no stock. I will return it but ive wasted money time and effort setting up the new phone. Sold my old phone bought a case etc. Going somewhere else now

I would recommend trying again as:

1. The process now is automated and requires no form 

2. The wrong device may be registered in my o2 considering it was only released 5 days ago and I'm guessing you filled out form in first day (nearly a week?) and the imei may not have latched by time form filled in

Reason for refusal would be a big help - you say no ones helping you so far, but we are and you're not answering all the questions we need to help you.
But if you're taking it back anyway, there's no point in going any further.....
