Tu Go app problem

Hi, my name is terry captain, and I am a new joiner.

I have a problem getting the Tu Go app to start after downloading it.

My android version is 2.3.6 gingerbread.

Any help would be most appreciated.

I think you need a new phone. Not sure if the app will work on such an old OS. What tariff are you on?

These are the requirements for android for TUgo

Any phone or tablet running Android 4.0 or above.
 note: Users may be able to download on Android version 2.3 or above, however it's recommend using it on 4.0 as it does not perform as well.

As you can see from the post of rosadosc above yours. the app doesn't run well on older versions of Android. Treat yourself to a new phone. From the sound of it, you haven't done that for some time.
