ANY contacts saved on the S2 (phone memory) will be sync'd to Google (assuming you signed in with your Google account on the S2?)
If so, just sign into the same account on your S4 and they will automatically sync back to the new phone.
If not, you can copy them to an SD card in the S2 then transfer the SD card to the S4 and import them or use a transfer tool from Play such as MyPhoneExplorer.
Samsung Kies is another option but it would require you using 2 different versions of the programme to complete the task, so is not the easiest option for you.

Hi and Welcome to the Community Forum.

Do you use GMail as your contacts will be in that.
