Speed dial access to Voicemail

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7. Speed dial 1 is apparently set up to call O2 Voicemail. When I use Speed dial 1 no connection is made. I am not sure, and I cannot find out what number it is calling. However if I key 901 I am connected to O2 Voicemail. I have tried everything to get Speed dial 1 to dial 901 but I do not seem to be able to change anything.

Open phone app, press menu and then it's either in call settings or advanced, you will see voicemail.
Enter 901 in there and press save or done.
