My phone is paid for so I only pay for usage at £23pm but looking to change eg Smarty £7pm. However would like to stay o2 - looked online o2 now offer sim only £9pm. Wondered if I can get this contract so went thru part application - unsure if I end up with new SIM card or just keep existing one - help

Was the £9 deal started through the likes of USwitch or MoneySaving Supermarket?

It so it will be a new SIM with a new number.

You will need then to ring O2 to migrate your old number across

Guide: Migration & porting into O2 

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
