Sim Network Blocked

My sim isnt working when ive put it in my vodafone galaxy xcover 4 . It says sim network blocked enter sim pin puk. Now ive had Network unlock code, puk and another number that was given to me after asking for mastrr unlock code off vodafone. Now unless im doin something wrong by puttin o2 sim in and typing in what theyve given me, then can somebody help me??@! Ive also got my puk from yourselves and that hasnt worked either aswell as requestin a NUC from you twice but have never received!!! PLEEEEASE HELP !@@@@ much appreciated

You will need to contact Vodafone, as the handset is locked to Vodafone.. and nothing o2 can do... 

Your other option is to take to a local phone shop, and pay for it to be unlocked.
