Hi all.
Hope everyone is well.
I got my son a Samsung galaxy s6 on contract for his Christmas.
Over the last week he has been having issues with the screen flickering on and off. Today, his screen flickered then went black then all he had is a continuing blue light in the top left hand corner a black screen and nothing else. Will his phone be under warranty. He has not dropped the phone, there is no damage or any signs of damage externally.
I can't reboot or anything
Anyone offer any advice please
Thanks all

Yes the phone will have a 2 year warranty under Samsung. Send it to them rather than o2 own repairers

The phone is just 2 months old so yes it will be under warranty... Although Samsung is your best bet for advice, I am sure they will tell you to return it to O2 to be swapped or fixed. If so the contact numbers are here http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

@EmmalcoxBefpre any of that you could try a soft reset of the phone All you need to do is press and hold the power button on the middle right side of your Galaxy S6 and the volume down key. Simultaneously hold down for seven seconds. If your device was frozen it will likely just reboot and start working normally
