Received a Galaxy S10 on contract today does the screen normally have green ish colour shadow lines as per picture? It only shows on a white background.
Ive been an iPhone user for ever and I’ve not seen anything like this before.

Hi @StuartR
I have an S10+ and there's no green tint on mine. I would definitely take your phone to an O2 store and ask them to have a look at it. I think something's not right there.
Good luck, and welcome to the forum, by the way
Hope you get it sorted. Please let us know how you get on.

I think this what is looking like a tint from top to bottom is just an artifact of the display having a curve to it.
You could always take it to an O2 store and ask them to have a quick look.

I forgot to add the more you tilt the screen left or right The wider it gets on the side you tilt it, Thanks for the sudgestion. Hopefully someone with an S10 can say if there’s is like that or not.

New phone being sent out (door step exchange) as this one has been deemed as faulty, nothing to do with shadows and the curve of the screen.
