My samsung has suddenly starting saying "cannot download please try later" it hasnt been dropped, all up to date etc but im just curious, has anyone else had this. :

Yes we need to know whether it's software related or a problem using apps.

I have had the message when data wasn't enabled when receiving picture messages as they won't download over wifi.

Not downloading anything. I was turning on at the time, but it keeps doing it. Its not bothering me as such im just curious. Mite just do a full re-set (not done for a while). As long it dosent interfere with my Candy Crush

its not the software as its all up to date. I do download apps feom Google store if I dont like it ill delete it. Other than that I download usually on my laptop not my phone

Sounds to me like there is something that it is trying to download and is failing rather than a general download failure.

Maybe you need to find out what is downloading or backup and factory reset. It would annoy the hell out of me.

it was driving me bonkers, got new memory card give it a gd blow (excuse the expression) and reset back to factory setting,

touch wood its been ok for last day or so now my tablet broke (stupid charger ive had 3 in 6 months) n only 1 was a mains charger and 2 the top pin stayed in socket n from argos !
